Why Parliament Bills?
Hi, this is George and I am very much interested to share my views on parliament bills. As we are individuals in a democratic country, everyone has a right to know about the bills in the parliament. Actually, a bill is a documented proposal to the parliament. There will be several bills that will be passed for considerations with amendments by the legislative congress. Several people will have the question in their minds how a bill becomes a law. Actually congress has two houses: upper house “senate” and lower house “house of representatives”. Generally, thousands of bills will be proposed from any of these houses to be passed. The final set of bills will be sent to president for approval. If he approves the bill then it becomes a law. Basically, bills are of two types: public bills and private bills. Public bills will have direct effect on the people of the country and private bills will be affecting only a group of private bodies or individuals. Lot of modifications has to do for a bill in order to get approval from the President. There are thousands of successful bills that had been converted to laws.
